Default Front skinnies? what tire

been wondering what brand front skinnies have you been running?
i need to buy a pair but wondering what you input is. the vehicle is driven regularly and goes to track on a more than average basis.

ones have been looking at is
165/80/15
kumho 758
nankang cx668
saw few others not sure of yet so feel free to post brand and miles driven/feedback
not sure if i want to go with mickeys since plenty of miles driven but willing to listen to input.

Default Skinnies

I have had great luck with the MT1573 Mickey Thompson Sportsman Tire
4 ply construction, 8 ply rating. I've run them for four years on my Street/Strip Camaro. 26X7.50X15 Probablly 7000 street miles and 900 passes.

There not the lightest tire out there, but they are meant for our heavy *** cars and is what I run too.

I have the MT fronts as well. I would rather be safe with the right tire.

I run these as well
the new class I plan to run is a .400 protree so maybe I should consider a lighter tire with less tread that might get me a few hundreds on the reacion time

The m/t sportsman front tire is a good front runner. I wouldn't go with any of the VW type tires, as they aren't speed rated for what we need, and they aren't designed to support the weight.

On my 15" skinnies I use the 8ply rated Sportsman fronts.

On my 17" skinnies I use M&H Radial fronts.
