Default New FANTAZ Video!

full interior (leather and power seats), exhaust to the bumper, stock pcm with high imp injectors, gm cylinder heads etc......

nothing special just stock junk.

oh and the gear is WAYYYYY wrong according to a few guys here.
If I put a 2.75 or a 2.08 it would go much faster staying only in first gear

What did it ET?

2step/3step combo would really help it come up on boost.

Looks like it hits HARD.

its slow....

you are right a 2step/3 step combo would help but im on a stock pcm so its not an option. I can get the car to spool faster on the footbrake but usually when im testing i don't like to add to the converter heat.

BULLSHIT, the car has never gone that quick. maybe once on a 35 degree day when the timing equipment was fucked up.

turbo cars are a whole different world. na or nitrous gears don't apply unless you just want to spin the tires. I ran 3.50 gears with 32" steamroller tires and a th400. the local drag gurus said that I need 4.88's or 5.13's and that my car would be a dog off the line. well, she carried the front wheels about 30 ft on the first hit off the transbrake. the car eventually went a 1.19 60' with those same 3.50 gears and 32" tires. not bad for a street driven car.

with a 28" tire and an a3, I would run 3.08 gears. a turbo car doesn't have to go through the traps at redline in high gear to be fast. low gears help make up for an engines lack of torque. since turbos make huge torque, you don't need basement gears.
