I have 2 full bottles from 2005. Is this N2O still good or should I just waste drain them out? I know it is a strange question but I have not sprayed in a long time.

well wen i hooked my kit up last year my dad had a full bottle from the 80s and well it worked. doesnt say that it was ok but it worked fine for me.

It is a liquified gas, and does not go bad. If you purge well on a newly hooked up bottle you should be good to go.

Thats something i always wanted to know also. What is the shelf life of nitrous in a bottle. Couldn't really find anything definite on the internet.

Nitrous shouldn't go bad, provided all the fittings are well sealed you should be fine. The only problem I could see is if there was the tiniest of leaks, and then the problem wouldn't be that there was bad nitrous, but rather no nitrous lol.

Thats good to know. I take out my bottle in the winter and store the car, just wondered if the nitrous was good to go for the spring.

Thanksfor the replies. I figured it could not go bad. The bottles have no leaks and are completely full. I guess we will see. My main concern was moisture inside the bottle and possible debri.

my only concern would be it n2o is corossive.cant remember but are the bottles aluminum or steal?

i believe the bottles are aluminum
