Nice motor. Similiar to mine.
Which brand is the rotating assy?
I don't know how big your cam is, but I used to run a 725 demon when I had Iron heads. It was WAY de-jetted and it still ran pig rich.
The 670 might be the perfect size, I'm running a 625 Demon now. Runs just a well with it.

Eagle competition...
Ya, I might just mess around with the 670 and see if it will work... Everytime i romp on it, it hesitates and the catches. Im not familiar with Holleys yet I use to have a edelbrock POS and Im still learning with the holley. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get it not to hesitate (sp) ?

Hesitates on a light foot? or heavy foot?
I mean if you roll into it, does it hesitate then? If thats so, adjust the accelerator pump lever. You can do this with the engine running. Loosening the bolt will increase the amount it squirts, tighten will do the opposite.
If when you stand on it, assuming that your not undergeared and timing ETC is perfect. Then I would de-jet the secondaries.
I also run eagle. I was faily impressed with everything. Sure makes my truck actually move now. haha
