I say, that since you have the rear calipers in your hand, do some measurements, and see if they fit the rear without modification. I'm sure everyone on this forum that's wondered about the V rear brakes would appreciate it.

I think those are the rears on the newer CTS-V. That would be cool if they work. I have been watching this upgrade and like the front but would want rears to match. The fronts on the newer V's that go with these rears are actually 6 piston calipers. The older CTS-V's only had 4 piston fronts.

send them to this guy so we can all have a set of rears

well the bracket would need to be so big that you would almost need a 19 inch wheel in the rear, even if you COULD do a bracket. the bolt spacing is different and the offset is VERY different. someone might be able to make something but it definitely wouldnt be worth the price :/ and probably wouldnt function very well

That would be highly probable. Unless one can modify other areas of the whole brake system with regards to proper effective piston surface area, modifying the rear brakes can actually worsen braking from what a stock system does. The 4th-Gen F-body brake system already comes heavily rear brake biased from the factory.
EDIT: One more thing I'd like to mention is that "bigger brakes" will certainly add more unsprung weight to an already unsprung weight laden rear suspension.
