Default Strange leak issue....expert inside please

01 A4(2wd truck), 2400 fuddle stall, no internal mods, trans tuning done by blackbear.

The trans will be fine for weeks on end, drive it around on short and extended trips, no issues, no leaks. Car will sit for a week or so, I will get a puddle under the car. Puddle is coming from the small inspection hole in the bottom of the trans. I will add fluid, check level, drive, no leaks. Car will sit for several days, no leaks, drive it some more, no leaks....then out of the blue after the car sits for a week, I will come out to find another puddle. Sometimes the puddles are a half a quart or more....I just cant figure it out....thoughts?

Man this is weird! I have a friend with a Turbo 350 in his Olds Cutlass which is been doing the same thing for years. Nobody can figure it out. I'm starting to think maybe the dipstick or tube is the wrong length and we are overfilling it?? Thats my last idea since every seal or gasket has been replaced. Its one of these deals............

coming from the inspection hole I would have to guess possibly leaking around a pump bolt. As the trans sets fluid from the converter drains into the trans "normal" but when levels high enough to get to that bolt the fluid comes out

That is one thing that I had no thought of....I suppose the only fix is to pull the pump, or can I seal just 1 bolt?

I tried this also on the turbo 350. Pulled the pump and replaced the o-ring and put sealant on all pump bolts. Still didn't fix it................

Thanks for the input guys, but I am going to let it go for a while....I leave for Korea in 2 weeks, and I dont need the frustration of pulling the trans right now....when I get back, I will yank the tranny and take a look.
