ls6 intake swap question
I just purchased a ls6 intake and 80mm tb
I'm going to be doing the ls1 to ls6 intake swap on my 00ws6 tommorow
from what I've read I just need to be careful removing the intake so I don't damage the oil sending unit and block off the egr with block off plates
and I'll prob replace the gaskets since I'm going to be their.
The only question I have is can i reuse the coolant hoses or do I have to upgrade to 01 hoses, and also I think I have to grind something down on the intake. Any help and info would be helpful thanks.
anyone have any ideas on hp gain for both intake and tb upgrade?

One thing they don't tell you is to use rubber bands on the rear 4 bolts (2 per side) to hold them in up while you remove and install the intake. It'll save you a little headache
