Default Where to start with suspension

Mods: Pt4400, headers, ls6 intake, p&p throttle body, no front sway bar 15" wheels with 26x10.5 mt ET streets at 14-15lbs. Best I can 60' is 1.69 letting it hit 2nd gear and driving away as far as I can during the burnout.

It doesnt blow the tires off but it chatters/vibrates/wheel hops however you want to describe it. Theres no point to add any more power untill I can dead hook what I have. I am on completely stock suspension, where do I start? I am thinking I need more weight transfer. Theres no reason these tires shouldnt hook up.

Would front shocks benfit more than a torque arm?

drag bags are cheap and can help a lot depending on the car.. all you need is one on the rear right..

LCAs, TQ arm would be my starting point.. if that hooks you thn run that until your making enough power and start spinning again.. then look into more things.. rear sway bar etc...

Would I need relocation bracket? Im on stock ride height tho.

no, you dont have to have them.. they are nice though.

my opinion.. dont get anything adjustable.. not only do you not have to worry about fooling with it.. its cheaper!
go adjustable it is not hard to set it up at all... setting pinion angle can make a good difference and when get adj lca so you can center your axle and add relocation brackets

Im not going to be adjusting things all the time. I'd rather set it up once and be done with it.

A passenger side air bag and adjustable front shocks would be a good starting point.

Go adjustable. All you have to do is adjust it right the first time and your done with it. Shocks/Springs, LCA's, Panhard, Torque Arm, etc. BE SURE TO HAVE EVERYTHING SQUARED OFF! That's a big mistake lots of people make when bolting on suspension, they just slap the **** on there and call it a day. WRONG.... My grandpa and I are also going to try a whole different set-up as far as the rear sway bar is made. More of like an Anti Roll thing that we put on the "Super Outlaw" cars run. I'll post pictures of it when it's built and done.

True, but if you wanna do it right go adj.

Torque Arm would be my first concern IMO.

true... i have non adj. and i dead hook.. low 1.53 short times on motor with a 26" ET street... full weight..

and yes, TQ arm and LCAs would be first two..
