Installing Maggie and can no longer use this anymore. 250 buckaroos gets it.

hey justin hows the improvement of this bar over stock? just stronger/ better made? what does the logo say? tks

It's built way stronger than the stock "for looks" strut brace. If it would fit with maggie. I wouldn't be selling it.

The BMR is of thicker material, however, the stock strut brace is not merely for looks. It does serve it's function.

A strut brace only requires strength in regards to tensile/compression forces, not bending, shearing, or twisting forces. So bending the bar over one's knees (as I have seen references to for illustrative purposes) does nothing to display the strength, or lack thereof, of a bar that functions in such a capacity.

I had a look at an 07 ctsv last weekend. Why do they have a different bar? Its set back 3-5 inches, Same mounting points

I was always told that the 06-07 has a real strut brace where the 04-05 was merely just for show

Who told you that? MikeNice? From what I understand they are equally useless/useful depending on who you ask.

Not anyone on here I just had been looking around. So the v1.5's isn't thicker or anyway better than the v1?
