5th & 6th gear issues Driving my '02 SS today lost 6th gear & it is trying to kick out of fifth under throttle. If I back completely out of it it falls into neutral. It grinds a little as I stick it back into gear. If I try to go to sixth its like there is nothing there. You can barely feel the teeth making contact.

I drove my '97 SS the same way for 123k and never had a problem out of it. That car was drove hard and put up wet. In my opinion they screwed up when they changed the way the t56 was built.
