Default What is this???? (pics included)

just above the WOT switch is where it is going into the intake....



closer up... you can see the cracks in it..


and here is the rest of it running along side the valve cover to the left of the fuel rail...



anybody know?

Looks like the PCV hose to me. I had a hole in mine right in there & it was causing a vaccumm leak which caused the car to idle wierd & die at stop signs sometimes. Replaced the hose & everything went back to normal.

Pcv hose, you can fix it with fuel hose from any auto parts store. "Big mike" is right, it will or is causing a vac leak.

as posted above it is the PCV hose, fuel hose from any auto parts store would work

6th pvc, are u sure it's white plastic tube? just kiddin

Yep I'd buy a catch can it'll clean it up and replaces most of the pcv hoses.

Thats exactly correct. Pull it and grab some fuel line from the auto parts place and slip it inline where the cracked up piece is.

I would check all vacuum lines. If one is cracked, most likely there are more in the same condition.
