Default 2004 ctsv throttle pedal wire position.

I put a 2004 ctsv ls6 in my rx7 and I'm getting code p1125 and have to control of the throttle. I got a harness made for me that goes from the throttle pedal to the tac module. Two different wiring diagrams show the pins/colors of wire in different positions in the connector. I really, really need one of you guys to look down by your accelerator and write down the position and colors of the wires going into the connector on the pedal. Please!! Help!

Looking at my 05, don't know if it is the same or not, the wires are-

outside (closest to door) top to bottom- white, purple, light blue, tan, gray.

Inside (closest to console) top to bottom- green, yellow, none, light blue, blue.

I didn't get to look close enough for any trace colors, just crawling under the dash was ruining my buzz lol. If you need trace colors as well, let me know and I'll look tomorrow for you.

Thank you! The 04 must be different because I don't have a white wire.
Anybody with a '04?

I think there is a problem with the gm wire diagram. On my pedal, the empty spot with no pin is in the top row on the connector. This pic shows in on the bottom. Thanks for looking it up for me anyway. Anybody have a '04 they can go look at?

Thanks. I couldn't see them because they are so small. My connector matches the one in the pic. It still shows a wire going to a position without a pin on the pedal itself.

I looked but I can't even see any wire/harness. I stick my face on the gas pedal but couldn't see any connections. Might be a little too high up.

Yeah it's up there. The connector is above the pivot point for the pedal. Up by where it bolts up to the body.

What position is empty on your connector?

The "H" cavity should be empty.

The chart that ctsv-ls6 supplied you with is the correct pinout for an 04 CTS-V APP sensor.

If the pedal doesn't match the pinout, check on the pedal asm for a part number stamped into it to verify its the correct part.

Thanks. I ordered the pedal with a 2004 vin. The connector is also the same. The empty pin on the pedal itself in "C"

"C" looks to be the pin that is empty on my 05.
