After talking with Mike@CMS my next clutch will be an RPS twin organic setup. It runs around $900 I think though, not sure how much you are looking to spend.
I have a centerforce pressure plate and flywheel, you can buy a light-metal disc for it and have a good gripping clutch. It held up great to my h/c/i making 443rwhp and 397 rwtq, the disc just wore out and I wanted a Tex for peace of mind. Make an offer, ill let it go cheap, its just sitting.

THe RPS twin organic runs for $1000. Roughly about $30 more than a Tex. We have had zero engagement problems or need for aftermarket master cyl. like many other clutches.

From what i have seen and remember RPS has a Great product and customer service! Besides a really good clutch for all out race or street use. I plan on going tripple for my new set up.
