Studs with an lq4 and 10psi is a waste of money in my opinion. Be like adding wheelie bars to my stock tahoe....sure it will assure it would never put it on the bumper...but needed? No. lol.

i vote for studs, they hold good, as said if you ever pull the heads, you can reuse them, and, although rare, since their blind holes, you dont have as much worry about trash in the bolt holes creating a cracked block, more of a concern with alumn. blocks
i run 317 heads on an LQ4, 10-12 lbs boost, 1 1/2 years, no problems
i prob wouldnt replace the bolts if they were already in place though
