Default who makes 17x11's w/50mm?

I've got 17x11 gs ZR1 knock off's but I'm tired of them and I want something lighter.

Fiske and CCW are too much $$$, Billet Specialties might be good.

Anyone running BS SL 17x11 in front? Who sells them? Any better rim/$ besides BS?

In a 17x11 the Zr1 Deep Dish is the only wheel we have with the 50mm o/s.

I don't vote BS SL 17x11 with 7.5" BS because I am getting those.

If you want a light super-strong wheel, our Bogart road race wheels are second to none. They are designed superlight and to be used for hard core road racing applications whereas strength to weight ratio is optimized. They are MORE durable than most street wheels on the market today. ...they need to be for hardcore road racing.

I can build them from 4.5" wide up to 17" wide in 1/2" increments.

50mm is ~8". That translation is not exact as wheel lips vary from manufacture to manufacture. The standard number used is .5" but that is not an absolute number. I'd personally set the wheels at 7.75", 7.5" is too little in my opinion, 8" is getting a bit too big and generally interferes with the bumpstop and lip of the wheel. I think many who use 8" setups typically run a small spacer bringing the wheel closer to 7.75" fwiw.

Thanks, I'll measure what I've got now just to be sure and adjust from there. I'm running a 1/4" spacer in front, but would like to get a rim (front and rear) that does not need the spacer.

The small text says that bogart RR is not for street use. Why?

SSpeedracer,

A road race wheel is generally more durable vs. the typical street wheel. They are designed to take extreme racing conditions for long time durations.

We build wheels for specific purposes, that‘s all. Our road race wheels are by far superior to the typical street wheel. I did receive your e-mail; I'll address it in the morning when I'm in my office.

Hi, I don't mean to hijack the thread but I'd like info on the Bogart D-10. I've seen them in 17s and they look really nice. How much? I'm looking for them in 17x9.5 and 17X10.5 or 11. Thanks.

Weld Racing makes the RT-S wheels in 17x11 with the 8 back for this application. FYI
