Default 880 to h3 fogs?

how would i go about wiring up a set of Hella 2500 fog lights with a HID H3's in place of my factory fogs? splice wires? new connector?

You may be able to find like a 880 to H3 adapter.or even but the correct connections to make your own plug and play connection so you dont have to cut any wires.....or just splice the wires onto the new H3 connector. Im sure its just a + and - hookup.

so if i were to make an adapter i would need an 880 female and an H3 male to connect right?

You can get an 880 relay harness. It will connect to an H3 HID bulb with no problem.

The harness is about $15. Its cleaner and the ballasts will get power from your battery while still using your factory swith as the trigger.

You only need one harness. It will connect to both ballasts. Search for 3bspec. I got my harness from him.
