Thumbs up Air brush over powdercoat? and whoring out the new lid

Just got my lid air brushed and i wanna do the intake next Anybody ever done it over powdercoat?? The guy that does it for me didnt seem to confident in doing it. Oh and thats not a decal..i had him put the decal on, then air brush over it..then take it off

id love to do my lid but i keep thinking to myself..." why put the work into it when the damn hood hits it and marks it up?" Looks killer by the way

all you have to do is shave off that tiny lip on the maf, and the lid fits on a bit more and doesn't scrape under the hood.

Looks good.. I usually put a vinyl down, then do 1-2 layers of flames, take the vinyl off, and then do the rest of the layers over the top of everything. It kinda gives the logo (or whatever image) that ghost look, or makes it appear to be IN the flames instead of on top of it

Thanks man.. Price just depends on what all ya want done, if I'm doing the base coat and clearcoat, or if I'm just doing the airbrushing.. Too many variables to just say a flat rate price. I couldnt post prices anyways here, I'm not a sponsor That'd be the type of thing to use PMs for

I'm not really a fan of flames but the work looks top notch. Was this an SLP lid? Or a clear lid?
