Default Possible Wheel Bearing Replacement?

Hey everyone. Hope you can help me find out what the problem may be. The rear right "wheel" makes a loud squealing sound with a very hard, fast, and tight left turn. I also noticed as it was being dyno'ed for smog, that the wheel looked as if it was slightly wobbly, especially compared to the right. Am I right to think that it might be the wheel bearing? Thanks.

its a replacement bearing that relocates where it rides on the axle where the axle normally gets torn up from the old bearing seizing.

Where can I get the part and what is the proper name? Also, where is a good place to get the actual axle bearing? Thanks everyone.

depends whether or not the axle is actually torn up, otherwise delco, napa, or even autozone carry decent bearing. autozone has the timken bearing axle saver. and ya thats what theyre referred to as.
