Default oil pan help...

hello everyone. i have a oil leak from my pan unkown why but i think that the gasket is junk but i also think that i may have cracked the pan when i tryed to torque down the pan. i am looking for a cheep replacement... i also have installed a set of solid motor mounts. so i have a small amount more clearance. all options welcome. also i have searched and red over the lsx oil pans thread. i was looking at the moroso 20140 pan thanks for looking and have a great night...

Just get another stocker from a salvage yard. Try the gasket first though, it's a quick cheap fix. It's possible that you tore the gasket torquing it down to hard. Did it on my 3rd gen once.

just a little back ground on the car for ya as well... the gut that i got the car from tore it apart about 8 months ago... he replaced the lifters, and timing chain. he put it all back together but forgot the oil pan bolts. they wee hand tight and that is it... plus he could not get the 2 that are just under the k member installed so he just left them out... on top of all this the dip stick is loose... he cross threaded the bolt that holds in to the block... still working on getting it out...
