Default Coming along slowly lol... Got some pieces back from paint today

I know a few guys on the boards here are following this build so I wanted to throw up some progress pics. Got the spoiler, front fenders, front bumper cover and Sunoco hood back from paint today. Engine bay was painted recently as well. I got the spoiler, fenders and bumper cover installed. I'll be doing the hood shortly. Anyways, here's the pics, I think they turned out pretty slick. SLP grill and Halo'd headlights are next on the list.

Now I just got to get around to getting the motor built...

Probably just install them in the stock locations... hadn't really planned on moving them around too much.

Just a forged LS1. Looking to spray it or blow it.

Here's some quick hood pics. I just set it on tonight, it's not bolted or fitted up at all yet...

That is one nice looking car, I would be afraid to drive that thing after all that work. I hate driving my car after a full detail but I'm extremely picky.

It's a Sunoco hood from VFN. I actually don't remember what I paid for it, I think it was somewhere around 500-600 for the hood and then I paid another 400 for prep/paint. So it ended up being about 1000 from what I remember.

looking good man i love the hood and color, the sunoco and slp grille are on my todo list also. but i would either paint or powder coat your spindles they stand out pretty bad and even though you wont really be able to see them with the wheels on it will be a nice touch and help complement all the hard work you have put into it.
