Exclamation Where can I find an LS6 Valley cover ASAP??

Hello,

MOD hell brewin here. I am in the middle of my Maggie install and have the wrong friggen valley cover. I believe I need the LS6 valley cover as I have the LS2 one that came with the LS2 blower I bought. Since my motor is the LS6, I guess I need the LS6 valley cover and not the LS2 to match the maggie.

Can anyone help or does anyone have one??

I am hoping I can find something by morning thus avoiding having to pay Magnuson prices

Thanks,

Dave

Have you called autozone/O'Rielly? Usually if they don't have it at the store they can get it in the same day.

You might have to buy an entire gasket set but who knows.

I think this LS6 valley cover is specific to the Maggie though. The stock one won't work.

So they make their own gasket? That's a new one to me. Did you look on their site for a part number?

Have you PM'd the axle dudes? If they sale maggies they might be able to get you one at a better price.

Its the actual metal valley pan. The gasket is reused from the stock one I believe. Good idea, I'll look for a part number. I didn't have one handy.

I don't think they have part numbers on the site. You're going to have a hard time finding someone that has an extra since it's really a unique part (I think).

You're likely going to have to just order one tomorrow from magnuson. I doubt it will be too expensive.

Sweet Ted, I hope you get one. The more maggies we have running around, the better our chances for improvements on them and supporting mods
