Default Anyone have pics of SAM's engine bay? or ...

Any engine bay with twin top mount TB or carbs. ?

Looking to see what we need to do to the cowl & winshield.

Last year they had 2 TB set up.
Maybe Honeycutt did also?

Joe did have something like that on his car last year, SAM car did too.. they changed the rules this year and only allowed a single if I remember correctly.

That dual feed is a sick, and about 8 grand I bet

That's alot cheaper then I'd think it would be. 3000 with the bungs for 3 foggers

If I had the $, I'd put 5 kits on an intake like that. Noone says you have to use them all, just gives you alot better tuning options, each kit will hit a little different, etc.

Look at the promod guys... they have 5 or 6 kits on the intakes. Usually only use 3 of them, but they have them on the intake (easier to just change the feed to a different kit and just plug/unplug then change jets)

What's prock get to do a setup like that anyway.. curious if it's anything like the pricing I've gotten from a couple other guys.

Pro mods are also ALOT faster then any car on this site....... I'M sure ATV can get it done on 2 kits... i planed on ruining the twin 4150 but its alot of work to make it work

There's going to come a point that 2 kits won't be enough, I don't know how many people have gotten to that point yet, but it will eventually happen.

I dont' expect anyone to actually need to run 4, but it would be nice to have 4 on the car and use 2 or 3 of them depending on the track conditions.

We are running on a 275 drag radial not 33x16 slicks.

We can burn it up pretty good with 2 guns no need for anymore.

Who are you kidding, ya only need 1 kit to burn it up Get it down the track on a little tire, might be better off with more stages don't you think?
