Default l92 heads

i was wondering what some of you were spraying on your combo with l92 heads before lifting a head.im thinking of buying a pair of cnc'd l92s and spraying it with a 250 -300 shot, before i commit i would like to see how hard they have been pushed. Thanks

Here is a mild l92's LS2 on a 90 shot. Haven't had a problem at this power level (been 2 years so far), and I know they take a lot more.

I would invest in some ARP studs and cometic gaskets on the l92's the thin deck could definatly use it at power levels above 200
