Default Moving to PA. Need some vehicle inspection info

Ok, so I may be moving to PA to start a new job. Just wanted a little help on what I may have to do to my car and my truck to get them legal for inspection. I live in Texas now and know several people that can help me out in that department, but that is because I have lived in this town for a while. I've looked at PA laws a little bit but not sure how tough they are on enforcing them. My biggest problem i forsee is not having a muffler on my truck. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

-Dustin

Not sure just yet. Depends on where the company will want me to go. The current opening is in Williamsport but I may wait until something a little further south opens up.

This helps with the legalese, now make friends with an Inspector.

My truck was never required to have a cat. Now emissions testing would definitely be a big problem for me, especially considering all the stuff i run through my fuel system.

Thanks. Did not know diesels don't get hooked up to emissions test. My county does not require it. Now all I need is a hollowed out 5" muffler and all will be good.

Will definitely post up here again when I make the move and will have to meet up with some of you.
