Alright decided on the fast 92 ported through tsp, what 92 throttle body should i use....

I remember hearing about all sorts of issues with the Fast 90 mm throttle bodies, and that most people were running the NW 92...

Now im hearing (few) but some issues of the NW 92 sticking....

Which throttle body should i get?

I cant find any information on your website about the 95 mm throttle body at all....

Any way i can get some more info?

Everytime I have had a customer complain of one of my throttle bodies sticking, it ends up that they have backed off on the adjustment screw until it is sticking shut. All they have had to do is open it back up a little. If you know of someone who has one sticking open, then please have them tell me so I can find out what happend and get the problem fixed. i have a NW 92mm on my ported FAST 92 manifold. Its a work of art, almost too pretty to put on my car. My car is in the shop now so i have no road experience but i haven't heard of any quality or durability issues with NW tb's.

alright that sounds pretty good.....everything ive heard of about ur throttle bodies has been positive across the board so far except for one issue of sticking...

We have been running the PTM TB's for quite a while now. We have had very very few issues over the years and any that we have had have been addressed without any problems what so ever. We can also get the PTM 95mm TB to match with the ported intake we offer. I believe the combo is $1375.00 for the ported 95mm FAST and PTM 95mm TB. You won't be disappointed with any aspect of the PTM. Let us know if you have any questions and we can get you fixed up!

Yep, sorry I haven't had time to post them yet. I have two sitting right here though. What would you like to know about them? I'll get a pic or two and post as well. You take a little sandpaper to the throat of the intake to open it up more. 95mm does not interfere with the o-ring seal either.

Here is the Wilson 95mm. This is as it appears it has not been polished.


Wilson Manifolds High Flow Throttle Bodies were developed using the
latest computer modeling software and test equipment available to
produce designs that yield the maximum flow per square inch of
cross-sectional area. This results in maximum power for any given
throttle body size. These throttle bodies feature brass throttle blades to
control vibration and reduce thermal expansion. Throttle blades are
fastened to the throttle shaft using aircraft quality hardware that is both
Loctited and peened to assure positive retention of the blades. Throttle
shafts are machined to decrease their cross-sectional area, which
increases the actual cross-section available for airflow. All throttle
bodies are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum on precision CNC
machining centers for consistent quality and light weight

i got a used ptm95mm off the forum, it a nice throttle body, ...having trouble with the iac it seems like i need to cut a piece off the sensor for fitment....
