Default Those of you with rockers and rods

ok... I've decided that while I'm installing the headers... (hopefully a few weeks) I want to go ahead and put in a set of 1.8 rockers.. now for those of you who have done this... what setup did you go with ? Does SLP make a complete setup ?? Do I only do rockers ? or do I do the pushrods with it ? Any info would be appreciated... Thanks in advance

Hate to be a dick, but search function man. This topic has been beat to death in this section.

the bare minimum is rockers, pedestals and springs. You don't have to upgrade the pushrods unless you want to.

Hate to add to the lack of search, but has there been a before-after dyno on rockers/springs alone?

I ask this to say that improving the lift of the cam, even artificially, now that we have the intake/exhaust restrictions eliminated may be far more beneficial than before.

That's actually pretty impressive. Considering what that may do with the other mods...

Very nice. That's more than I thought I would get out of them. So the to-do list lengthens...

I'm thinking headers, LS6, and rockers at the same time. Have my tune touched up then start saving and buying trans parts. lol

I feel that I'm on the edge of blowing a trans at the track as is right now. I decided against headers with a kid on the way, but rockers might be a inexpensive way to get a couple ponies and keep the trans together.

I'm not going to the track again until the trans is built. Too much grip, it scares me.
