Default My 02s keep fouling out... any ideas?

Again, has some of you know. I've been having bad mpg for the past few months. I had someone on AFBForums work on my car/tweak my tune for a couple weeks, but we can't seem to figure out what the issue is. My 02 sensors keep fouling out, also he swapped out my MAF sensor bc it had a bad port job and placed an slp 85mm MAF. Its getting bad mpg(7mpg), and does not feel/sound strong at all. The MAF tables have not been changed from stock...

whate are you tuning/tweeking it with? How do you know they are fouling out?? (ses light?, visual?) what kind of gas? plugs? have you checked for vacuum leaks?
Getting too much gas for sure it sounds like.

HP tuners, he was just messing with the VE tables/fuel injectors. I believe that they are fouling, bc when I get them changed out. The car runs good for a short time. Also, the long term fuel trim on the drivers side 02 was high. We put in a new 02 sensor on that side, and put that same 02 sensor(from the Drivers side) on the passenger side. We reset the fuel trim, but it quickly got worse. So it followed the 02 sensor... I just got another 02 sensor to put in on that side, but haven't put it in yet. I put in superunleaded (93). And I changed the plugs to t55s when the problem started a few months back.

He noticed an exhaust leak, and replaced the header gaskets.

In both those logs when you car went into closed loop your fuel trims were still on. Are you turning them off with the editor or just clearing them?

I would start with changing the o2 on the passenger side it looks to have the most problems.

In the editor or scanner? I always turn my fuel trims off in the editor also does it run better on cold starts or when it's warmed up?

In the scanner... and I haven't noticed any difference between the cold starts/warm up.

But the problem just started out of nowhere, it's had this tune for 2+ yrs. Do you think a quality tune will fix it?

Yeah I'll probably have him do it, just hoping this isn't being caused by some other problem. Ie, bad injectors etc etc
