Nice. Seems like a significant throttle response?

The lightweight flywheel is awesome. The car is SO much more responsive in the lower gears. 1st and 2nd gears fly by now.

Monster's. Their kits include everything from slave cylinder to flywheel. I went with the level 2 http://www.monsterclutch.com/level2clutch.html

Others have done the level 3 www.monsterclutch.com/level3clutch.html and love it. I'm not near that power so I didn't see the need.

I had a 15 pound RPS segmented flywheel in my gto for a short period of time. I toasted the darn thing and I was just a bolt on car....380/380 to the wheels. The lighter rps sucked at the track trying to launch the car, just was not heavy enough. Are you seeing the same things? On the street it was killer, but sucked on the track. I put in the monster stage 3, and it was badass! I hope to be getting a v this week, and I will be putting a monster in it.

When it comes time to replace my clutch i also will go with a light weight flywheel.

Its one of the few mods that make a difference you can actually feel.

Awesome. How is the driveability when pulling away from a stop light? Especially with the cam.

With the cam its more difficult. Keep it at 1k and let out the clutch.

With the stock cam it was fine. I could even start in 2nd gear.

Makes the car way more fun to drive!

There is a video out there somewhere of someone comparing the stock flywheel to a light one. I dont remember if it was here or on the other forum though.

They were back ordered over the Holidays. I have my stage 3 kit and 18lb fly sitting on my work bench now. Going in when I put the engine back in.

I ordered through GForce and ended up calling Monster to check when I was going to get it. Guy was nice enough to throw in the remote bleeder for free.
