Default Help, P0102, How To Fix

Im having a issue with my stock Maf, I let a board member borrow it and when I put it back on I threw a code (P0102 low voltage) and Im assuming the wires inside are shot. Ive reset the PCM twice and nothing is working, any Ideas? Should I try a new MAF? TIA.

First thing to check, the "sensor" fuse in the under hood fuse box.

Did he use a reusable filter/ K&N/Holly? If so clean the Maf wires with Choke/Carb cleaner and a q-tip with very light pressure and see if that takes care of it.
