Default Billet Grill

anyone know if the aftermarket billet style grill attaches to the body itself... or to the black air dam that is attached already...?

The body itself. I would also paint the back part black (looks much better).

thanks a lot...

i have a white car and am going with the black finish billet grill... trying to keep the entire car in a black/white concept with the only bling on the wheels...

i will consider painting behind the grill after I see the black one on

again, thanks

We also have a White 2000 SS , Bought the black billet grille and put the SS emblem from a 68 RS SS front grille. After installing it we took it off and painted behind it gloss black. Put the grill on the car ans mark it so you don't have any paint showing in front of the grille.

thanks a lot for your input... i will definitely consider painting behind it now. Do you have any regrets on getting the black one? you think the brushed aluminum would look better or do you think the black one offsets well on the white?

As another white Camaro owner, I wouldn't mind taking a look at some other white Camaro's with appearance mods. I was also thinking about this grille as well. Post em if ya got em?
