I'd post up in one of the regional forums. LSx tuning is all basically the same.

thats pretty much what i figured, chicago area theres a shop called straightline performance. all they do is twiddle with lsx cars mostly. our fwd cars might be a new area for them since they have 150 less hp than what they are use to

As long as they know what they're doing I wouldn't worry with it. Have them leave abuse mode on and keep torque management during shifts. Other than that, I have reason to believe the bumped pressure can cause a leak in the TCC Apply valve but I have no real evidence to back that up.

I live about 30 minutes north of milwaukee and have a great guy up here that is reasonably priced. He uses HP tuners and can street or dyno tune your car. He did a great job on my GXP and again on my G8. PM me and I can get you his info.

yea i use to work next door to straightline, never really saw too many fwd cars come in and out mostly vettes or f bodys. i figured ls motors would generally be the same

FWD arent common anywhere (at less not in performance shops) but its ok we can be diffrent lol

and yea i spoke to speed inc and and straightline as they work on ls motors. and benchmark does mostly imports with some chevys and fords. and since its the closest i think il give them a chance and see how it goes..

I was wondering if there was any new news on shops. I am looking for a tuning shop. I would like to get the most for my money.
