Haha, engine bay still looks a mess. Never seen this before but aren't these the same people who are selling that out-the-back stainless true duals setup?

Do you think this would have heat soak issues?

ding ding ding. lol

can't see that keeping air cold too well. theres a reason good cold air intakes are made from high quality plastics and moved far away from the engine. does look nice, but i would reconsider or do your homework...

how big a difference a metal intake manifold makes, that sits on top of the engine, is debatable. i seriously doubt a metal intake lid will have any measurable difference.

EXACTLY.

Only way I could see it having an effect is if by somehow it raised your AIT temps since the sensor is mounted in the lid on N/A applications.

Then paint the engine silver to match the lid, wait, I know a guy who did that, he needs to get this lid setup to complete his bling factor.

That lid is actually pretty nice quality. I bought one. Only paid $52 for it. nobody is biddin on these things. I had to turn around and sell it tho bc my dumbass misread the auction and bought the 90mm lid which was too small for my 85 MAF. Got too excited when i saw it. Very well made, fit real nice. get it!!!
