buy two cans of duplicolor vinyl and fabric spray paint, take your carpet out, clean it, dry it and spray it down. They have a wide variety of colors too. Unless you have the money to shell out for a new one then go ahead. I just used this product on my floor mats, which were in considerably bad condition and now they look like new, laid it out in the sun for a few hours and put it back in the car. Once I start working again i'll buy lloyds, but for now this product did its job for me. I'm just offering this idea to you because you are contemplating on buying a black carpet and it wouldn't hurt to spend like $10-12 bucks on these cans and give it a try, plus then you can see if black is good for your interior. Sure your carpet will be stiffer.... but how many times are you laying butt naked on the carpet, even when you're boning a chick you're never on the carpet lol

yeah if youre gonna do that i think youd need to do some parts black to match (black console or parts of your panels).

I was actually thinking about mixing up the black and white on the door panels and center console. The vent rings are already white. Iwant to paint the console white too(the shift plate part) and leave the flip up part the charcoal or whatever the hell the technical color is. Also want to switch the door panels to black/white as well as the seats with the "30th" stiching in it. The hard part if figuring out which part to paint white and which part to paint black...or wrap them in vinyl...that's also an option and probably wouldnt look to bad if done right. Another option is the company on here the does the center console with the stiching in them. Also wanted to do the shift boot with the same black with white stiching. Also worried about the big tan panels in the back and the kick panels on the sides. HMMM lots to do....Anybody good with photoshop that could whip somethin up with different color combos? It would be greatly appreciated!!!!

im thinkin about doin it as well cause ive seen it done in a dodge magnum with the black carpet and tan seats, panels, etc etc etc and it looked good. the only diff is the tan in those cars interiors are a lil lighter and a lil greyer (if that makes any sense)

I really like that^^^ I changed my interior from black plastics and ugly *** grey seats and even shittier grey door panels, to all tan plastics and tan leather seats, I love the way it looks on the red IMO. my carpet is still grey, but blends decent with the tan lol I might do black carpet after seeing that pic.
Edit: dunkin doughnuts anyone? LOL
