Default BMR Torque Arm Rubbing ~UPDATE~ Suspension Guru's Please Step in..need help

Previous Owner was the one who lowered the car without getting an Adj Panhard bar and after installing my BMR Torque Arm I noticed there was a crunching noise coming from under my car while going over bumps. Put her on the lift and noticed my BMR TA was rubbing on the floor board. I ordered an Adj PH from BMR along with a torque are relocation bracket. Should this help fix the problem? Next are Weld in CA Relocation Brackets and Control Arms. As a side note. What would be a good shock to help improve handling? I am a road race enthusiast so I like my corners. Which is hard to do with the suspension setup I have now and a full spool

~Update~

Received my parts from BMR today, and I must say! I am highly impressed with the quality of the welds and the craftsmanship behind their product. I snapped a couple of pictures to post up for you guys. I will post up results and my opinion once I am able to get them on the car.

A Picture of both the Adj PHB and TA Relocation Transmission Crossmember

Close up of the Adj side of the PHB

Just look at them Beautiful Welds!

I think its going to be money well spent, even though I am now thinking about upgrading to a Fays 2, Watts Link. I like to canyon carve and want the handling of a Ferrari!

I get the same banging but only after dips in the road where the rear suspension compresses a lot. This is normal for a BMR TA?

I think its just most aftermarket torque arms because of the bigger mounting flange. Mine is a UMI and it did it

I think you answered your own question in your first post. Not trying to be a dick but....

Your car is lowered=reduced clearance.
Your diff is off center=reduced clearance.

Get the diff centered and see if you still have problems.

No its cool, I guess I should have worded it better. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and they ordered the same suspension parts I ordered from BMR and it fixed their problem.

Sorry I just saw this post...

I have been out of town most of the week testing with our 5th Gen.

As others have stated it is common for a lowered 4th Gen to experience clearance issue especially with the vehicle being lowered and not having an adjustable PHR to insure the rear is properly centered in the vehicle.

Also like others have stated it is possible that even after you properly center the rear in the vehicle you could have issues under full compression of the rear suspension due to to the added girth of our torque arm.

Let me know how it works out after the Panhard rod install

Got my parts installed and the vibration from 75+ got worse. I know it has to do with my pinion angle. What would you suspension gurus advise be as far as setting my pinion angle. Thank you

May sound dumb. But make sure the hardware in rear mount of TQ arm is installed correctly. IE. bolt head toward body. Gives some addition clearance there. I know the mount can hit and can be cut for addition clearance. Or fabricate another mount. As for shocks for street spirited driving. That will take some researching-but a lot will suggest stay away from QA1s/Strange. As those are drag shocks. Hopefully soon we can make a sticky on shock information to better help others on buying. I like that relocation mount-I have a Yank from many years ago. That nice to be able adjust your instant center.

Im going on duty here in about 20min So I wont be able to call today. At any rate. I have a BMR non ADJ TA, (Came with the car) What mounting hole on the TA Relocation Bracket would get me closest to -2 Pinion Angle. The car was lowered before I owned it. Springs are red, not sure what brand or how much the car was lowered.

Below is a pic of how she sits
