Is it just me or does the HU stick out about 1/4 of an inch from the bezel?

oh okk.
Very good job fabricating that man and yea I guess there's no way to fight the dimensions of the HU itself.

I might try it since i have an extra bezel. Did you just trim the bezel to fit this HU?

yeah i pulled out the orig, lined up the new one and held the bezel up to the new hu and just trimmed little by little. the new hu came with a half inch strap that had a bunch of holes in it and it was about 8" long so i just cut it in half and used it for the mounts
