(Last two on Feb 12 & Mar.12th were rained out).

well when I got the car back, the shop said they couldnt really tune WOT, and with the lift I have on the cam the car wants to die when I put it in gear. Also I should have Cruise and TCS dont care about them but would be nice. Dan is gonna look at it first thing tomorrow

That is the reason i am afraid to do heads and cam on my car because it is hard to get them to run right again.

Its weird though, its not like when its only cold like I originally thought, Its when it feels like it. I also have .600 lift on my cam

It will take some playing w/ to get it perfect but it still made some good HP.My car runs like shit @ a idle too but it is cutting some good times for the few things i have done.

My friend had similar problems with his Z06, Dan fixed his too.

Cool thanks. Are they strict on things that you have to have done to your car? Because I don't have a drive shaft loop and I'm sure I have some other things that are not track worthy. I know at BMP they don't check for that and as long as you have a helmet they're ok with you running.

They dont look under your car so i tell them i have one and no they are not that strict.As long as your battery is held down ,your seat belt works and u have a helmet your good and when they ask about a driveshaft loop just say yes i do.

Well they don't call him dyno dan for nothing. Car doesnt stall out anymore. Will be heading to the track tonight. Don't know what time, but we have a 350z, one mustang, and her fathers GT500 coming with us.

what time is everyone headed to the track so I know when to leave. I'm only about 15 minutes away.

I will be there @ 5 pm on the dot so be there if u need a helmet.

Last night was a good time got to hang out w/ Chris,Matt,Tom,Rick,Rob but could'nt get a 11 out of my just 12.04@112,12.00@112,12.04@112,12.03@112,12.03@112, 12.05@113 and the last run was against Chris's dad which i hate to say it Chris was his cars best run 12.08@113 to his Dad 12.17@113.

That was on street tires w/ a 1.80 60ft on drag radials on a good night w/. his Dad driving his car should be running mid to low 11's.

Yea well the thing was I kept leaving it in D and were thinking that was the problem. He manually shifted it. But yea the old man still gots it.

Hahaha, I got to drive a SS today just like yours, it felt good going through the gears but, yea its a huge mofo. And yea when I get back were hitting the track, and Im determined to beat pops time. Maybe go on a Wed. night so we can actually race

Yes the are fast reving cars but the HP is absorbed by the suspension so u dont feel it.U have to get some Drag Radials on your car the next time and Wed. night is a lot better out there. Just let me know when.

Yea at barett-Jackson I asked the guy can I get on it, He was like it aint yours lol. At the end he was like not bad son. But yea some Drag radials would help out a lot, and some suspension down the road, but my project now is make it look good

Its 100x better but the prep still sucks. If you are goin let us know and hopefully have a lot of fbodys go out there like friday.

I am debating on bring the 10 out there Friday and because the track is even hooking on street tires but i need to learn how to drive a stick.
