It is a 1969 Chevelle Front Grille Bowtie. Usually runs around $80 after shipping. Takes a little modding to mount it but not too bad.

If you want to just buy the entire thing (grille and all) already assembled I sell them on my site www.6LITEREATERDESIGNS.com Also have it in red.

Anyone have any pointers to mounting this emblem to the billet grille? Mine doesn't really fit flush with the grille plus the studs are too long and hit the bumper cover through the grill.
#6litereater or anyone who has put this bowtie on a billet grille before please, HELP lol

So I'm not sure if I should shorten the studs or just drill holes through the bumper cover for them to slide into.

The angle of the emblem doesnt exactly match the grille so it slides back and forth so I was thinking about getting some rubber pieces to line the apex of the grille to fill the gap there.

Also the mounting bracket doesn't exactly fit snugly to the vertical bar so it seems another small rubber piece is needed.

Forget the mounting bracket. Just use big washers and speednuts. Tighten them down enough to keep it centered.

Exactly what he said. Then just use bolt cutters to trim off the excess posts...
