The GM catalog will refer to that switch/lever as a "multifunction switch"

They sell the lever seperate and the turn signal switch is seperate. I can not go to no parts store or the dealer and ask for a multifunction switch they are going to look at me and ask what in the heck am I talking about. They already don't no what I am asking for when I say high beem switch.

Sorry, I thought you were looking for the lever, which if you went to a dealership parts counter and asked for a "multifunction switch," that's what you'd get. The electrical switch for the high beams, located on the bottom of the steering column, is called a "dimmer," oddly enough. GM Part number 26035242

You're welcome.

BTW, that part number might be a bit outdated, but a parts catalog at a dealership should be able to reference the updated part number (if there is one)
