Gen 5 Camaro External Bolt-On Tech - Synergy Camaro

Got the 2010 synergy camaro this morning on transport, i'm sure there are other people on here that have seen them but figured i'd post it up for those that haven't, too bad they are only v6s :(

A woman at work has that exact same car, with what I believe to be green stitching in the leather seats? Honestly, not for me. If you're going 100% for looks on the freeway and want everyone rubbernecking, then that color will do just that, however.

At the same time, I like to call it "sour apple" :jest:. If I were picking a new 2010 I would, without reservation, check the "Navy Blue Metallic" (or its equivalent) box on the order form matched with the white stripes.

That said, on older cars I love the more exotic colors. Here's an AAR 'Cuda, the dream car:

For 2011, they are offering this color on the SS models, but I believe for a limited time. More details over at Camaro5.

My wife would take it..... She wants eaither a bright blue "Jet Stream Blue" or a bright green colored sports car...

I guess either you like it or you don't. I will say that I agree with the statement about the photos not doing the finish the justice it deserves. In person, it does appear to be a complex color; it just has too much "sparkle" in it for me. :cool:

Definately agree the pictures don't do it any justice and I apologize for the quality, I took it with my phone at the shop when it rolled in off transport so it wasn't cleaned or anything obviously by the plastic still on it, but the green interior accents I could do without for sure, but the stitching on the seats was a nice touch by gm

+1. I was standing by one at a carshow when a Snakeskin Green Viper rolled by, it made the Viper look pale and yellow in comparison. (The color, not car lol) It really is stunning in person.

That looks much better than I thought it would.

High-impact colors and muscle cars just go together. I wish Inferno Orange was much brighter (similar to the 06 GTOs) than it is.

Fucking love that color and now that they will be using it on the '11 SS, I might have to pull the trigger on a new Camaro finally.

I did not think I would like this color either after looking at pictures. I saw one in person yesterday at the car dealer in Saline, MI...bill crispin chevy I believe. I really like the color. I do wish it was ever so slightly darker though.

The color looks good in person, but is definitely bright. Seems like a color that would be cool to own for the first year, then I'd be sick of it after that, especially if you drove the car every day.

I just purchased the Synergy Green 2011 2SS and i LOVE IT, the pics make it look so bland and does no justice, when the sun hits the metallic it sets the car off!!
I waited for 2011 because i wanted it in the 2SS and of course its a standard!:D

they do make it in the SS, mine is the 2SS 6speed synergy green

2010 was V6 only. For the 2011 model year, you can order an SS in Synergy Green.
