anyone remember them back in the 70s/80s?

been on a kick lately and gonna get some tomorrow (hopefully)

anyone here have them or want to get rid of them?

my grandma still has them in her basement hahah, i've played a few times. unfortunately i was not alive in the 70's/80's though.

Lawn darts or Lawn Jarts they are sometimes called are GREAT! Unfortunately they are illegal. LOL I have a friend who has a set from her grandparents. We play with them every summer. The only place I have found them is at yard sales with lots of searching. Or you can by them in pieces on the internet and put them together yourself.

I remember try to hit each other w/ them when i was little.They were very dangerous to play but that back then when we did not worry about who got the lawn dart stuck in there head.

I remember playing that when i was a kid like 5-6yrs old and they were scarey awesome!!! I hear they are great when you're drunk and stand on either end and play like horeshoes!

My inlaws have a set. No more dangerous than a set of horseshoes in my opinion. You get hit in the head with either and you're going to be F'd.

its funny watching my sister and parents around my nieces, 7,5 and 2. baby proof this, that dont do this, put your helmet on blah blah, when i was 7, i had lawn darts!!!! i love it. lol
never find them tho. im sure they got tossed at some point

They came out with some plastic ones a while back, but they sucked. Plastic just sucks in general.

yeah i emailed the guy about them on ebay....

we had a set when i was little. they were fun, didnt realize that they were dangerous tho.

my dad destroyed them after i threw one at my sister telling her to catch and hit her in the cheek, she had to get stitches

when i was like 4 or 5 one of the older kids in the neighborhood stuck one through his dad's truck hood. kid got his *** beat and the darts got tossed in the trash.
