ok, my boyfriend suspension set-up is right now just stock, but i bought him an air bag for the rear passenger spring....

what springs are good for front and back for racing??

what about eibach drag launch springs? any good feedback on those?

I would recomend looking into the Hal Qa1 spring/shock combo. Most of our sponsors carry them if you want to check them out. I hear good things about them. Haven't hear much about the eibach on f-body's though

I have the HAL/QA1 Shocks and Front Springs. They work great and the car launches much better.

so would you need new shocks all the way around or just in the back, sorry but i am CLUELESS about shocks and springs

only thing i know is my car has them! haha!!!!

The stock shocks don't hold up too well against aftermarket springs. Sooner or later you will have to replace the shocks. Most people add shocks and springs at the same time cause doing the front spring/shock swap is a real pain.

Like said above, for drag racing, the HAL/QA1 combo is probably the best thing.
