LED Lights on radio
I tried to install some led lights in my radio tonight. It didn't really go as planned. It ended with a little smoke from the circuit board, and a blown fuse.
I tried to follow some directions from a site that was suggested from here. I slodered a resistor to the led, and then soldered the led to the circuit board in the same place where the other light came from. The first light didnt work, and then the second one I did, was when I stopped.
If someone could give me some directions a 2 year old would understand, that would be fantastic.
Thanks for the help,
Nick

X2 ls1121 i was looking at them today and they look great. I have a couple questions about it though does it have a usb in the front AND back? I assumed it was one or the other but i was wondering if the model with the larger screen had both. Also how do you like it, anything you dont like? Any pictures of it in your car? I was thinking on getting the kenwood but i like the screen on this way better, seems like it would be a better choice

Mighty Texan: I love it. HD sound is Great, I got mine for $144 + shipping. It has a USB front only and an AUX plug front also. It works great with the steering wheel controls too. The only thing I did not like was that the front buttons and dial can be 2 colors Blue or a Nasty shade of Green. I choose Blue but it was sooooo bright I had to take the display off and remove the screws so I can slide a piece of blue plastic between the LED's and the display, now everything is Great. In HD I get and extra 7 local stations and the sound is better than regular FM.
