Its monday and i'm bored at work
Like the title says. It has been really quiet today at work which is good considering I usually get at least 20 calls about customers or employees that have their panties in a wad.
I had a really good weekend, worked around the house and did alot of thinking about wha to do with my car next. Im thinking really big turbos and taking the 4L80 out and going with a TR6060 with Gforce internals.
How was everyone elses weekend, any random thoughts?

Im guessing if I switched to a 6 speed right now it would be 1300+. A few weeks ago we came very close to hitting 1200 boost only in my current configuration. I am really considering the move to a manual. The only reason the car has the 4L80 is because my wife wanted to drive it ( long story ). I dont mind the auto, but with the stall and limited areas to mount coolers in a vette means the trans likes to get warm in traffic. Its all great when the converters locks at freeway speeds but stop and go traffic sucks. My other reason is when it comes time for the mile the 6 speed would be so much better, with the 4l80 the only rear gear I can run is 3.42.

Man, I would be upset with myself if I did an awesome build like that with an auto and did not lay down the best ET it could before switching to M6. I'd do that first. Just my $0.02.

Im going to give it alls it got very soon before I decide to pull the auto out. I am entertaining the idea right now. Hopefully the next time we go to the track it will better its last time out, but my car doesnt want ot 60ft, so its idle out and the gate and give it hell on the big end.

I'm staying pretty busy at work today.
Random thoughts..... I'm probably going to by my NBM Formula back from Pavlock so I can have a toy to take to the track. I don't want to tear up the G8 since the old lady still drives it.... for now....

no way man, i'm a starving marine. i should get to drive around in RCC's vette for a few months before i hit the sandbox.
