The bad thing is, if you do win a judgement against him, that doesn't mean he will pay. If he doesn't it will linger on for years until he pays or tries to use his SS # or files taxes. The best bet for him he should have paid the $600, b/c it is about to cost him a whole lot more then that.

Nope. If he ever owns property (if the can't reimburse the op for the engine I doubt he ever will) you can file a lien though.

I agree fellas. There are a couple of things i can do if he doesn't pay up. Like i said before, I've already chocked this up as a loss, now its about teaching someone a valuable lesson in life. You cant screw somebody out of money and get away with it. I'm not gonna stop until he either pays up, or i win judgment. On a funny note, the DA called and spoke with me today. He was considering this as an internet theft case. Not sure if he will pursue it, but he called and asked me a ton of questions, and if i had pics. Told him i did, plus the letter i have that Brian signed. He asked if I would be willing to give him a statement. Not sure what he is going to do. I may not be the only one going after him now. I didn't realize they went after people these days that commit internet crimes. And Chad, I will def. keep everyone updated as I hear more, or more goes on. Thanks for the support guys!
