Any kind of wreck where you hit the rear tire can push it to one side. If you get and adj panhard bar it will allow you to recenter the rear end

You can also check all the suspension mounts and see if anything looks bent or messed up

If you have a stock panhard bar, they can get bent (pretty easily). Check to make sure it's straight.

Needs an adjustable panhard. Your alignment guy is rehtard if he thinks the gears have anything to do with centering the rear on a solid axle car. You should set the rear end in the center then have the front aligned to match.

If the car has been lowered at all you definitely need an adjustable panhard bar. That's probably the case here. Either aftermarket springs, the spring isolators removed, or possibly just that much sag in the spring. Check the ride height.

If the factory PHB was bent it would pull the driverside wheel in, not push it out. It's very possible the PHB chassis mount on the passengerside is bent.
Also check the PHB upper support and see if it's bent.

I really don't think it's been lowered cuz it sits pretty high but il measure post the measurements that rubber stop between the botty and axle not shure what it's called but both sides are rotted and falling apart
