Default LT1 longtube problems

ok i go to put my longtubes on and they hit the a/c pipe. We bent the pipe out of the way so we could get the longtubes on. now that the headers are on the a/c pipe and the headers are touching. I live in Ms and dont have t tops and i drive the car regular so i cant ditch the a/c. so i need to advice and suggestions.

are you talking about the pipes that tuck or lay against the pass side????? if so there is no reason they should be touching unless the lines are unbolted from the side wall and hanging out

Like previously said they shouldnt be touching the headers.

I am sure you're talking about the tubing where the number 28 is located on that diagram. I did have to remove that fitting but that was only to take out the huge bolt from the motor mount.

yes thats where im talking about. but they are touching. i was think maybe i could just bend the pipe down a little and wrap it good in head sheathing.
