General Maintenance & Repairs - Window motor help...

I have a 00 camaro ss and the window motors are acting up... the drivers side is a new motor and works when it wants so i thought it was the connector... and the the pass side never wrked... so i bought a new motor today and went to install it, before i bolted it up i checked it, it will run when u press the button up but nothing when u want to go down, same as the old motor.. drivers side button for the pass side wont do anything.... any thoughts thanks...

Sounds like switch failure. Have you tried jumping out the terminals from the harness to bypass the switch(s) ?

My buddy had another switch and we changed them out and that fixed it... thanks for the help tho...
