So my 1999 firebird is leaking oil for some reason....any suggestions on how to stop it??
then im changing brakes on my car too i was thinkn on ECM yellow pads, and also whats the best performance brake disk?

Um you should find out where the oil leak is first and then fix it

It seems to be coming out of the oil pan right by the oil drain bolt. Would it be solved if i were to replace the oil pan with a new one.?

First you have to find out where the leak is FOR SURE. Make sure that your oil is full, then clean off the area really well where you think the oil is leaking from. Run the motor up to operating temps,find ur leak. $.02

I should've posted this in my earlier response, but you can purchase dyes that will glow bright orange under a black light and you will easily see where the leak(s) is/are.

When I worked in a shop, we did this all the time to pin point leaks in cooling systems.

Thanks guys, and Adam that might be what i end up doing tomorrow. The plug is really tight, but im gonna use all the advice.. Again thanks ya'll...

So i found a crack in the area where the drain bolt is. i had a replacement pan already so i did the whole replacement. Also im changing my cat. converter because the check engine light came on with code:420. The car seems to be having a hard time accelerating and im wondering if you guys can give a general symptom. The spark plugs are new and the wires, do i need to replace the coils too?

Start with replacing the cat and see if you don't "pick up" some lost power. IOr better yet, get rid of both CATs. In general, you do not need to replace the coil packs. It's unnecessary and very costly. Are you misfiring or something?
