Default Need to rave a little

well car was running fine until last night i noticed that i had a oil leak in the front and car was breaking up (though because i was running straight headers but poped the hood and notice it is coming from the intake lip. The gasket was thicker than i thought, it is high then though so i have two options

1. get lucky and dry it off really good and run a bead of copper gasket across it or

2. get off my lazy *** and just take it apart and redo it and save some money on a opti.....just need a little push to do it...

thanks for reading the post lol

If the intake lip is leaking, putting RTV ontop of it won't be anything buy a temporairy bandaid as it will leak again and very soon. Just take the intake off and do it right as it's not hard and can be done in less than 2 hours.
