so im trying to find ways to get more power and im thinking about getting the 1.6 roller rockers 5/16 studs now can i just bolt these in without changing the springs or do i need to upgrade the springs at the same time, or is it just a direct bolt on

I would not use the lt4 springs if I were you, granted they would be just fine for 1.6 rockers on stock cam/hotcam but if you are planning on running a larger cam in the future you would have to change the springs again. I would bite the bullet and get some decent springs now pac 1218 or comp 26918 is what I would run if purchasing a new set for a hyd roller
